Blue Cheese

Since visiting America’s Dairy State, everyone has asked me what is my favorite cheese. It’s honestly something I’ve never thought about it. I usually just look at how expensive it is or how white it is. That being said, blue cheese is an official cheese right? If so, then I would have to say blue cheese dressing is my favorite. That and and wedge of ice berg is just peak living.
