Building a Golf Course

One of my colleagues has asked if I’d be interested in getting in on a golf course with him and a couple other partners. It made be reminisce about the previous golf courses I’ve been in and they all failed. It might be fun to try another, and get it a little more involved. Maybe talk to the architects about how it is going to look. Establish the ultimate clubhouse this time, that’s really the main draw. I think we spent too much on the driving range and golf cart fleet. Put that money into another bar.
